Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours.

Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method selected.

Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel is officially declared lost by the carrier, please contact us at contact@getglowish.com. We will work with you to find the best solution, whether that is a replacement or a refund where applicable.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the shipping carrier.

Glowish™ cannot be held responsible for:

  • Delivery delays beyond our control.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Parcels marked as Delivered by the courier.
  • Loss or damage occurring during transit after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
