Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience with Glowish™. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund, subject to the conditions below.
Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Any accessories supplied with the product must also be returned.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or excessive wear are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, used, or worn cannot be returned.
Glowish™ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we have made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will either:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
- Offer store credit (if preferred).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Hygiene Products
In accordance with hygiene regulations:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may only be issued in the following circumstances:
- The product arrived damaged (photo evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery).
- You received the wrong item.
- Your parcel has been officially declared lost by the carrier following an investigation.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- The parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.
- An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.
- The parcel was refused upon delivery.
- The request is based solely on dissatisfaction with the results, as results may vary from person to person.
Time Limit
Any return or refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
